Job Description - Assistant Sales Manager:

  • Continually meeting with existing dealers.
  • Making new Dealer.
  • Visiting all possible district and make new dealer.
  • Manage sales via lead generated via Dealrs.
  • Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
  • Extensive travelling for business development & Client Servicing.
  • Approaching all methods to generate new channel partners & clients Like Cold Calling, Site visit etc.
  • Manage all communication with existing client to maintain long term relationship through various modes such as telephone and e-mail.
  • Ensuring that the Experience Centre is clean and well-maintained at all times
  • Administer product line development starting from strategic planning and monitor all sales activities to boost productivity and sales.
  • Supervise daily Experience Centre operation and ensure achievement of all productivity and sales target and recommend solutions to enhance Experience Centre’s profit.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist departments in Experience Centre image and merchandise presentation to achieve all company objectives.
  • Analyse and recommend enhancement in profitability through asset protection, cost control achieve all company’s objectives.
  • Coordinate with Experience Centre manager to facilitate everyday Experience Centre operation in collaborative environment.
  • Ensure adherence to all company procedures and policies.
  • Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Marketing & Sales/ Graduate with at least 2 years of Experience.
  • Work Experience: MBA Fresher / Graduate with at least 2 years of Experience can apply.
  • Must know local language
